Admission is subject to review to ensure that each programme is suitable for the applicant’s level of experience and prior learning.

Distance Learning
All programmes are delivered through distance learning unless stated otherwise. Distance learning allows learners to study flexibly alongside work or personal commitments.
Learners are expected to:

Maintain regular progress
Access to course materials may be provided online.
Learners are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and equipment.
Nature of Qualifications
Pinnacle Academy of Advanced Learning is a private education provider.
Qualifications awarded by the Academy are private qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Programmes are designed using recognised academic frameworks, including learning outcomes, guided learning hours, and coursework-based assessment. However, qualifications are not currently regulated by Ofqual and do not form part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) unless clearly specified.
Recognition of qualifications may vary depending on employer, institution, or country.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the programme meets their personal or professional requirements.
Assessment
Programmes are normally assessed through coursework.

Fees and Payment

Fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed payment plan. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of access to the programme.
Fees are normally non-refundable once the programme has started, except where required by law.

Cooling-Off Period
Under UK consumer law, learners enrolling online may have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment.
Access to course materials may be provided immediately after enrolment. Where access has been provided, the right to a full refund may be reduced or lost.
