Student Enrolment Agreement and Distance Learning Declaration

Before enrolling, please read the following carefully.

By submitting this application and enrolling on a programme with Pinnacle Academy of Advanced Learning, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following conditions.

1. Nature of the Institution

Pinnacle Academy of Advanced Learning is a private education provider offering academic and professional programmes through distance learning. Qualifications awarded by the Academy are private qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Programmes are not currently regulated by Ofqual and do not form part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) unless clearly specified.

Recognition of qualifications may vary depending on employer, institution, or country.

It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure that the programme is suitable for their personal, academic, or professional goals.

2. Distance Learning

All programmes are delivered through distance learning unless stated otherwise. Distance learning requires independent study, self-discipline, and the ability to work without regular classroom attendance.

The learner is responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, equipment, and time available to complete the programme.

3. Cooling-Off Period and Refunds

Under UK consumer law, learners may have the right to cancel within 14 days of enrolment when enrolling online.

By enrolling, the learner agrees that access to learning materials and course content may be provided immediately. The learner understands that once access to the programme has been provided, the right to a full refund may be reduced or lost.

Once the programme has started, fees are normally non-refundable except where required by law.

Full refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy.

4. Fees and Payment

The learner agrees to pay all fees in full or according to an agreed payment plan. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of access to the programme.

Outstanding fees may remain payable even if the learner withdraws.

5. Academic Conduct

The learner agrees to:

  • Submit their own work

  • Follow academic integrity rules

  • Reference sources where required

  • Complete all assessments honestly

Plagiarism, cheating, or misconduct may result in:

  • Failure of the assignment

  • Removal from the programme

  • Withdrawal of certification

6. Programme Requirements

The learner understands that:

  • All assessments must be completed

  • Coursework may be required

  • Study hours vary depending on the programme

  • Completion is not guaranteed

Completion of the programme does not guarantee employment, promotion, or progression to further study.

7. Programme Changes

The Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, structure, or delivery where necessary.

Such changes will not unfairly disadvantage learners.

8. Data Protection

The learner agrees that personal data may be stored and used for:

  • Admissions

  • Programme delivery

  • Assessment

  • Certification

  • Administration

Data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Agreement

By submitting the application, the learner confirms that they have read and understood:
