Refund Policy

1. General

This policy applies to all programmes offered by Pinnacle Academy of Advanced Learning.

By enrolling on a programme you agree to this refund policy.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Learners may cancel within 14 days of enrolment and receive a full refund, provided that study has not started.

If access to learning materials has been provided, a partial refund may be issued.

3. After Study Has Started

Once the programme has begun, fees are normally non-refundable.

This includes situations where a learner:

  • Chooses to withdraw

  • Fails to complete work

  • Cannot continue due to personal reasons

4. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is agreed, payments must continue unless withdrawal is accepted in writing.

Outstanding fees may still be payable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Pinnacle Academy.

Evidence may be required.

6. Programme Changes

If the Academy cancels a programme, a refund will be issued.

If minor changes are made, this does not automatically entitle a refund.
