1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all programmes offered by Pinnacle Academy of Advanced Learning. By enrolling on a programme, you agree to comply with these terms.

Pinnacle Academy of Advanced Learning is a private education provider offering independent qualifications and training programmes.

2. Nature of Qualifications

All qualifications awarded by Pinnacle Academy of Advanced Learning are private qualifications. Unless explicitly stated, programmes are not regulated by Ofqual and do not form part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

Programmes are designed using recognised academic structures but are awarded by the Academy itself.

3. Admission

Admission is subject to review of the information provided in the application. The Academy reserves the right to accept or decline any application.

Meeting entry requirements does not guarantee admission.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed payment plan. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access to the programme.

Fees are non-refundable once the programme has started, except where required by law.

5. Distance Learning

Programmes are delivered through distance learning unless otherwise stated.

Learners are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and study facilities.

6. Assessment

Learners must complete all required assessments to achieve the qualification. Assessment methods may include coursework, assignments, projects, or other tasks.

All work must be the learner’s own.

7. Academic Conduct

Plagiarism, cheating, or submitting work that is not your own may result in:

  • Failure of the assignment

  • Removal from the programme

  • Withdrawal of certification

8. Changes to Programmes

The Academy reserves the right to modify programme content, structure, or delivery where necessary.

Changes will not affect learners unfairly.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Academy does not guarantee employment, promotion, or academic progression as a result of completing a programme.

Learners are responsible for ensuring the programme meets their personal or professional needs.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
